C.C. Edge, aka Carol Edge in everyday life, has been writing bits and pieces all her life. Blood Terminal is her first mystery novel. To Edge, civil rights and social equity are the great American paradox, which must be acknowledged in some way whenever a work is set in this country.
While she has been called over-serious at times, Edge doesn’t mind. She believes in taking play as seriously as any other part of life. She is an avid duplicate bridge player and enjoys computer RPGs. (Skyrim!!)
Having worked at a number of publications in Alabama, Tennessee, and Indiana, Edge earned degrees in English and African American and African Diaspora Studies at Indiana University.
Finally getting back to writing more seriously, she found it to be as much work as play. Thankfully, it’s one of those difficult fun things. She hopes her readers find pleasure in her work too.
